Dear Mayor Bowser, Our strength as a community requires that we fully embrace our paramount responsibility of care and support for residents by delivering core services, improving healthcare access and delivery, building up housing and nutrition programs that stabilize families, sustaining key public safety initiatives, and making targeted investments in the District’s economic future. It is with these considerations in mind that I request the inclusion of the following priorities as you prepare your proposed Fiscal Year 2025 budget.
